A Message from the Founder

Mr. Rishabh Mittal

Back in 2019, Mr. Rishabh Mittal started in Portugal his own business on supplying manpower solutions to Portugal and to other European countries. He had a clear goal: to take away the difficulty and risk of hiring staff across borders. Using his strong background in the Manpower Solutions industry, Mr. Mittal built Randers to be the safest and smarter partner that businesses need to grow in Europe, free from legal or work problems. This promise of ethical and efficient staffing is still the focus of everything we do at Randers.
